The accessible entrance is on Seneca St. NOT on 6th Ave. Seneca is on a slight hill, but no steeper than a ramp. There are a few hand rails near the columns that may provide extra assistance.

Automatic door to entrance with push button located on outside column. Automatic door to Club Lounge also provided with push button. We are working to reduce the tension on guest room doors to make them easier to open.

Elevators have Braille buttons and audible/visual signals. Lift provided to upper level of Regatta Bar. We have moved the Business Center to a spacious room with large windows offering natural lighting.

All accessible guest rooms will under go some modification 2010-2011. Currently, accessible guest rooms offer roll in showers, tubs with benches and grab bars, pull handles for drapes and TTY kits. Most rooms offer lowered shelves, clothes bar and iron. Because the Crowne Plaza was designed prior to 1990, the rooms vary in size and provide different levels of access. It would be helpful if you let us know your particular needs so we make sure to match you in a room with the appropriate level of accessibility.
