LTD has been a leader in accessible public transportation for more than 30 years.

LTD has programs and policies in place designed to assist people with disabilities in accessing and learning to use the bus system.

LTD has a comprehensive ADA and etiquette training program.  Customer service staff has completed a comprehensive training program for serving customers with disabilities.

LTD's "Transit Host" program employs people with disabilities who work at stations assisting other people with disabilities to transfer buses safely and efficiently.
