St. Vincent de Paul is Lane County’s largest humanitarian organization, utilizing waste-based businesses to fund charitable works. Founded in 1953, SVDP enacts its mission in six core areas: Emergency services (serving more than 1500 people per month), Social Services (45,000 each year), Affordable Housing (962 units of housing), Vocational Services (325 people each ear), Sustainable Waste-based business development, and Retail Thrift stores (8 retail stores).

SVDP serves over 65,000 individuals and families each year. SVDP is committed to providing comprehensive programs to alleviate poverty and to help all individuals to find a path out of poverty and into self-sufficiency.
