√ Membership with BluePath does not guarantee 100% accessibility and does not specifically limit your business from future legal claims should they arise.

√ Membership can be revoked if accessibility is not maintained or if consistent, valid complaints are filed against your business.

√ The BluePath checklists are not a substitute for federal accessibility guidelines or the appropriate state and local building codes.

√ Businesses that do not meet minimum requirements on the assessment will not be placed in danger by a “negative” score.  Assessment results will be privately controlled by the business and BluePath only and will not be used by DBTAC, the State or any other government agency for future action of any kind.

√ The BluePath website will never indicate that a business has not qualified for membership.  Only businesses that meet minimum accessibility requirements, as determined by BluePath, will be processed for official Membership and receive an active profile in the BluePath Directory.
